Our membership Process

Every once in a while we decide to open up our enrollment process to allow for new members to encourage the natural growth of our guild. Below is our current new member /recruit process.

Once in the guild, a player is under a 15 to 30 day probationary period. During this time a player has some guild privelages but not all guild priveleges. The player is evaluated by the current members to make sure that both parties are comfortable with playing and raiding together.

After 15 days the council will take a pre-acceptance vote on the player and are allowed to respond with Yes to admit the player entrance, No, to deny the player entrance or extend to extend the players probationary period to the full 30 days.

After 30 days a final vote is taken by the council with votes of Yes or No. Upon this vote the player will either be elevated to full membership or removed from the guild.
